Super Mario Is 25 Years Today! About to be a man now, almost 35

Super Mario that almost everyone on the planet know is 25 years old today. Created by Shigeru Miyamoto in 1981 for the title Donkey Kong, Mario has been fighting evil ever since. Initially Mario was named Jumpman but later acquired the moniker due to an incident between landlord and the Nintendo crew.
There were even failed movies but gems like the main soundtrack 'Ground Theme', continue to be the most recognizable pieces of game music ever recorded.
But you may not know that Mario is more recognizable to American children than the iconic Mikey Mouse. Any way it will be a gala occasion for Nintendo and the fans all over the world.
